Executive coaching helps you take your success to the next
level by building on these unique abilities and by helping
you to organise them for optimal work performance.
Executive coaching is essentially a series of one-on-one,
confidential conversations between the Coach and the individual
being coached with the main aim of altering habits, responses
and reactions in order to improve work performance.
Each executive coaching conversation is usually one hour
in duration, usually held at fortnightly or monthly intervals
and supplemented by phone or email coaching as required. The
total number of sessions is determined by individual requirements.
As your executive coach, I will listen, observe and customise
my approach to your needs while guiding you to your own solutions,
challenging your ideas and providing the discipline to ensure
timely achievement of goals.
I firmly believe that executives are already creative and
resourceful individuals and that my main role as an executive
coach is to provide support to enhance the abilities, skills,
resources and creativity you already possess.
