I offer executive coaching in person, by telephone and by email through my consultancy Coachability based in Sydney, Australia.

My passion for executive coaching comes from first hand experience in leading, managing and surviving many business re-structures and from the rewards I have had in seeing the success of the people who depended on my guidance.

My coaching skills have been developed through both practical application (during a 25-year management career) and through formal training at the Institute of Executive Coaching Australia. I am also a member of the International Coach Federation.

I have also worked behind the microphone as a professional broadcaster and trained and performed professionally as an actor/presenter – experience which enables me to provide high level presentation/communication skills coaching in addition to general executive coaching.
