We are excited to share some huge news!! The Carrera family is growing and we would like to introduce you to the newest members...
We founded Carrera 17 years ago with a view to doing recruitment differently. we wanted to shake things up, present a new way of working with clients and candidates. This approach has stood the test of time – a lot of things have changed in 17 years… technology allows us to work differently… the candidate market has changed dramatically…. But what hasn’t changed is our close relationship with our clients and candidates. Staying close and working in true partnerships has meant we have been able to be very nimble and evolve our business to meet the changing needs of our clients. To this end we would like to share with you two very big pieces of news to kick off the new decade!

For many years now we have been working with clients to address their people related challenges more broadly – opportunities and challenges facing organisations before, during and after the recruitment process that can impact on their potential to hire and retain the best possible employees. We have worked closely with Engageability – our talent management consulting partner to provide a range of services across talent attraction, engagement, development and transition. We are very proud and excited to announce that after more than 5 years of collaborating on numerous projects Engageability is officially joining the Carrera family of brands. Engageability will continue to be run by Director Nicola Floyd and we will be working even more closely to provide you with innovative solutions addressing all things talent management related.
I would also like to introduce you to the newest member of the Carrera family… Coachability is our sales coaching and training brand. I built Coachability along with my business partner, Brett Boyle, after seeing a need in the market for strategic sales training focussed at a territory / team level. Our programs are tailored to meet the needs of each client and delivered in small groups with real time application. Our clients are seeing immediate results and sustained increase in business performance following our training and we are also providing sales team / function audits to a number of businesses that are needing more of an overhaul of structure, process and people.
The last year or two have been incredibly busy as we brought everything together and fine-tuned service offerings to ensure we are delivering maximum value and our solutions provide tangible benefits in the form of increased engagement, productivity and ultimately bottom-line results. Carrera continues to lead the way in sales and marketing recruitment and our recruitment team is growing right now – these closer ties with Engageability and Coachability will ensure we are able to provide the best possible recruitment and consulting solutions for many years to come.
